My move to Four Kings isn’t a real surprise anymore, but yet still I am very happy that I’ve been given this opportunity to drive for this global, huge team. They are focusing on Trackmania too now for a while and I hope that the latest additions, which include myself, Cyborg and StevieM, will do some damage in the Trackmania scene. We won’t have high expectations at the start, but this group of people wants to build up a strong & solid team in the future. My thoughts are that this is possible & a realistic goal.

The reason I’ve chosen to back off from the move from Komacrew to Raptor was not purely based on one reason, but of a couple of reasons. Too many reasons. For instance I thought that I was not on the same level as the team and you could see that in team matches too often. Also there were different ‘methods’ to motivate the drivers to perform better, but these ‘methods’ were not working for me. I felt I was falling back, besides in the individual tournaments for some reason.

All these reasons together brought me to a new, fresh team with a lot of potential. I’ve known most of the drivers for a longer period now and I think they are the right people to be with in a team. Some people might think this move strange, but I hope that at the end of the road I can say I’ve made the right decision. That Four Kings is one of the best teams in the world and has a clean, fair reputation. Time will tell.
